Lee Mathematics Tuition: Ops Trial

Thanks for doing this! This is a practice shift in our Student Setup & Scheduling seat. Everything here is made up. No real families, no real tutors. It takes about 80 minutes, and you'll be paid ₱500 once you send it in.

This page records your screen, camera and microphone while you work (that's how we review it, so nobody has to sit in with you). Use Google Chrome on a laptop or computer.
As you work, briefly say out loud what you're doing and why. Don't stop working to explain, just keep a running commentary. We care about how you think, not just what you click.

Your shift

  1. It's Tuesday 3:00pm, Sydney time. The clock at the top runs in real time.
  2. You have new students to set up (left panel → Cards). Our pairing bot has already messaged some tutors. Your job is to get each student's first lesson booked as soon as possible.
  3. Message tutors and parents in the middle panel. They will reply to you, just like real life. Some reply fast, some don't reply until you chase them.
  4. Book lessons in the calendar on the right. The calendar is always in Sydney time.
  5. Other things will pop up during your shift (top bar). Handle them like you would on a real shift.
  6. Read the Rules tab before you start. It's short.
  7. At the end, press Finish shift and wait for the upload to finish. That's it. Everything is sent to us automatically.

Don't refresh the page. If it closes by accident, open the same link again and your work will still be there.

Get set up

When Chrome asks what to share, choose Entire screen, then click Share. Allow the camera and microphone too.

Turn on recording first.
